Appointment Agreement & No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
Please review this agreement before scheduling or receiving service from Tommy’s I.T. Services. It explains appointment expectations, payment, cancellation terms, and the No Fix, No Fee Guarantee.
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
Tommy’s I.T. Services is a business owned and operated by De Jesus Holdings LLC.
No Fix, No Fee
Eligible software troubleshooting may qualify if the reported issue cannot be resolved during the scheduled appointment.
12-Hour Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no fee.
Square Payments
Payments are securely processed through Square and other approved payment providers where applicable.
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment with Tommy’s I.T. Services through our website, by telephone, email, text message, social media, or any other communication method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Appointment Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and any applicable policies of our trusted third-party partners, affiliates, vendors, and payment processors.
These agreements constitute a binding agreement between you and De Jesus Holdings LLC, doing business as Tommy’s I.T. Services.
Appointment Reservations
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please ensure an adult is present and that the equipment requiring service is readily accessible.
Late Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no fee.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a $20 Late Cancellation Fee.
This fee compensates for the reserved appointment time and lost opportunity to assist another customer.
Missed Appointments
A missed appointment includes, but is not limited to:
- Customer not present.
- Incorrect or inaccessible address.
- Equipment unavailable.
- Unsafe working environment.
- Customer declines service after technician arrival.
The $20 Late Cancellation Fee may apply in these situations.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are securely processed through Square and other approved payment providers.
No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Virus or malware removal
- Hardware failures
- Physical damage
- Data recovery
- Operating system installation or reinstallation
- Internet service provider issues
- Third-party software defects
- Manufacturer defects
- Replacement parts
- Unsupported or obsolete equipment
- Services requiring multiple visits
- Customer-requested incomplete repairs
Eligibility for this guarantee is determined solely by Tommy’s I.T. Services.
The $20 Late Cancellation Fee is separate from this guarantee and remains applicable when an appointment is missed or canceled without the required notice.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Ensure legal ownership or authorization to service equipment.
- Maintain backups of important data whenever possible.
- Remove passwords or provide credentials necessary to complete requested work, when appropriate.
While we exercise reasonable care, Tommy’s I.T. Services cannot guarantee against data loss. Customers remain responsible for maintaining current backups of important files.
Acceptance
By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Appointment Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and the applicable terms and privacy policies of our trusted third-party providers, affiliates, partners, and payment processors.
